Castle Archdale summer Engagement shoot: Nicola & Ryan
We seem to have been doing a lot of work down in the Lakelands lately, which suits me fine being originally from there in the first place. So Hannah and I ventured down to Lisnarick (where I grew up) for Nicola & Ryan’s Castle Archdale summer engagement session. It was also the first time Glyn the dog got to go camping with us!
We met up with Ryan and Nicola at the scenic Castle Archdale where Ryan’s family have a caravan. I used to go on field trips with school at Castle Archdale, but it had been many years since I was a little boy! If you aren’t familiar with the location, it is a beautiful huge estate located on a portion of Lough Erne. During the war it was used as an RAF air base where sea planes would take off and land. On the estate there used to be a country house, but it has long since gone. The only thing remaining is the original victorian courtyard. The estate is vast, so it took us a while to get around… Nicola and Ryan with me and poor old Hannah being dragged about by a very excited Glyn! Anyhow, here are some of my favourite shots from the shoot…

I don’t think we can say how amazing Graham and Hannah are in this review! But we are so glad we found Graham! We’re not one to pose for photos. Come the wedding day, it felt like a pleasure to have Graham and Hannah at the wedding! Our guests loved them, Graham is fun and enthusiastic, but also discrete!
