Summer Rainy Roe Park Wedding: Katrina & Paul
Katrina and Paul had their Summer Rainy Roe Park Wedding and married in July last year. They kept their day simple and even though it started to rain as we arrived at the reception venue they didn’t let the weather spoil their big day.
We started with Katrina and her girls at her mum and dads house getting all the little details the dress the shoes and the jewelry while the girls we busy getting their hair and make-up done. We got some great shots of the morning calm including some great shots of Katrina reading a letter that Paul had sent her along with a gift.
Soon enough though it was time for us to head off to the church to meet up with Paul and his lads. We Arrived at St Patricks to see that the weather was still holding for the time being so made the most of the time we got wit the lads outside the church. Once the Guests started to arrive we nipped inside to get these great shots of the Church itself.
The Girls were right on time arriving at the church and we got these fab shots of them around the balloons (all will be relieved later) that they had to squash into the cars with. They were closely followed by Katrina and her dad and soon it was time for the ceremony to begin.
The Ceremony was performed by Rev. Andrew Campbell and it was a lovely service full of little insights into the couple.
Following the Service we got some quick shots with Katrina and Paul around the grounds of the Church as the rain was still holding off at this point. The Guys had laid on afternoon refreshments in the Church Hall so we made our way down to that. We stopped at the Ice cream van and got some great shots being a little bit cheeky and even getting the guys inside the van 🙂 before heading inside the hall.
Soon enough though it was time to hit the road up to the Roe Park. on the way to the Roe Park we stopped in a wheat field and got these great shots of the guys and their bridal party. including these crackers with the balloons. But just as we were getting into the swing of things the heavens opened and there was a mad dash made back to the cars and on to the hotel.
Once we arrived at the hotel we kept the couple for a little longer and headed up to the bridal suit. We got these great shots of them there before it was time to head back down and for everyone to head in for Speeches and dinner.
The Speeches were really funny and heart felt and everyone seemed to enjoy them. While dinner was served we took ourselves off for a little while.
Once Dinner was all packed away it was time for Dancing. We got some great shots of the Katrina and Paul at their first dance and some of their party before it was time for us to hit the road ourselves.

I don’t think we can say how amazing Graham and Hannah are in this review! But we are so glad we found Graham! We’re not one to pose for photos. Come the wedding day, it felt like a pleasure to have Graham and Hannah at the wedding! Our guests loved them, Graham is fun and enthusiastic, but also discrete!
