Bohemian City Centre Elopement Wedding: Georgina & Scott
Georgina and Scott had their Bohemian elopement wedding in Belfast City Hall back last month. They are both from England and make the trip every year with their families to Belfast during the summer and thought why not make this year extra special. They kept it a quite affair with just two of their close friends as witnesses, Me and the registrar in the room.
I met up with the wedding party at City hall in the afternoon just before the ceremony was to begin on a stunning summers day back right in the middle of the heat wave. As the guys got ready and spoke to the registrar I got some great shots of them coming in and of the small details in the room, and most importantly the rings.
Soon enough it was time to begin Scott went in first with his best man and the registrar followed by Georgina and her bridesmaid. The ceremony was lovely everyone was involved and it was a great atmosphere in the room. Georgina the bride is from Newcastle Upon Tyre and has a Gordie accent so every time the Registrar say “why I ” during the ceremony this sent the room into fits of giggles.
Following the Ceremony we got some quick shots with the guys around city hall before the 2 witnesses headed off to do their own thing while Georgina, Scott and I headed off around the town. We started around the Grounds of City Hall before heading off up Chichester street and then along towards Corn market. We made a couple of stops along the way to get some great shots of the guys.
We Headed along Pottengers Entry and then on to the Cathedral Quarter, we got some great shots of the of the guys here inducing these great ones showing Georgina’s amazing Tiger tattoo!
We finished up around the Cathedral quarter and ended our session have a quick pint in the duke of York before it was time to head back across town to AMPM to meet up with their friends again for dinner and for me to head home.
