You do not need to book a date now, just purchase your voucher. Once you have purchased your voucher, you can then arrange your session for any time between 1st January 2026 and 31st March 2026. You will simply get in touch with the studio when you are ready and we will find a time that suits you.

Yes, you sure can. We also take portraits without pets – so if you don’t have a pet, that’s grand! Also, if you do have a pet, people are welcome in pet portraits too! It’s entirely up to you.

No. The experience you have purchased is complete on its own. Most clients do choose to add wall art or digital images after seeing their photographs on the big screen, but there is never any expectation or pressure to do so. Yes, it can be purchased as a gift and is delivered instantly by email. Most people choose this experience for themselves, but it can also make a thoughtful gift for someone who already knows and loves our work. If you would prefer something to wrap, simply give the studio a call after purchase and arrange to collect one of our presentation boxes from the studio.

It is designed for people who see their pet as part of the family and would love to enjoy the experience themselves. It is suitable for pets only, people only, or both together. All breeds, ages and personalities are welcome. Although it can be gifted, it is especially popular with those who are treating themselves and their pet to something a little bit special.

Once the daily allocation is gone, that is it for that day. A fresh set of 5 vouchers becomes available again after midnight. If you are keen to grab one, it is best not to leave it too long once you see they are available.

Please read before purchasing: To keep things fair, the Black Friday experience is limited to one voucher per family and household. It can be redeemed against a portrait session at our studio anytime between 1st January and 31st March 2026 (subject to availability). Family refers to immediate and wider relatives, including partners and spouses. Sessions are for one household only and cannot be combined with other families. This voucher is for new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing appointments. The purchaser must attend the portrait session, and the voucher must be used by the purchaser unless agreed with us in advance. Vouchers cannot be used alongside any other offer, promotion or previously purchased voucher. If it looks like these terms have been misunderstood or misused, we may cancel the voucher at the studio’s discretion, with or without a refund. The voucher has no cash value. We ask that all decision makers attend both the session and the Big Reveal session, as this is when images and products are chosen. If all decision makers are not present, the complimentary 10×8 inch framed tabletop portrait and product credit cannot be provided. If a Big Reveal appointment is missed, a £50 fee is required to re-schedule; this fee will be deducted from any products purchased. Sessions can be re-scheduled once with 5 or more days notice; with less notice a £25 re-booking fee applies. Session bookings are subject to availability, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Vouchers do not include digital images or other products unless stated.
