Studio Experience vouchers are valid for portrait sessions only, are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise, and must be registered and presented before booking; only one may be redeemed per session. They are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be used with any other offers or sessions, and are not transferable. No digital files or products are included. The named recipient must attend both the portrait session and the viewing and ordering appointment (Big Reveal) to receive any included artwork credit. Artwork credit can only be redeemed at the viewing appointment. The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, expired, or unauthorised use of cards and no replacements will be issued. If informed before expiry, a single extension of up to 30 days may be granted at no charge; once expired, reactivation is at the studio’s discretion and subject to a £50 reactivation fee, which will be applied as additional artwork credit to be redeemed at the viewing appointment. Artwork credit may only be applied to purchased wall art and digital packages. All sales are final, terms may be amended without notice, and all sessions are subject to the studio’s standard portrait terms at www.grahamcrichton.com/terms
