Reason #6: 10 years of shooting hundreds of weddings

Graham has been photographing weddings professionally now for ten years (having first photographed Elaine & Steven’s wedding in 2007 at Methodist College in Belfast). Over that time he has photographed hundreds of weddings and had the joy of working with twice as many great couples. Hannah has been assisting Graham for the last seven years (first assisting at Alison & Paul’s wedding at Castle Coole in 2010!), becoming an expert dress-fluffing, bag carrying, light holding super assistant.

Reason #5: Award winning photography

Graham was recognised for his work in 2016 when he was named Northern Ireland Wedding Photographer of the Year at the 2016 Northern Ireland Wedding Awards. We were very proud of this and so thankful to everyone who voted for us. Also winning a number of other awards over the years… the most random being PPANI Pet Photographer of the Year 2nd Runner Up with a beautiful photo of our Glyn the Dog (which now adorns our fireplace at home!)

Reason #4: Painless natural looking pictures

Tell us what you first think when you think of posed photographs? Be honest! No one likes posing for photos… even us! If you are like us, you probably won’t be a big fan of having to stand around having your picture taken on your wedding day either. We were just like that on our own wedding day. Our style is not truly documentary but allows us to produce a more striking style of picture, while still keep it relaxed and natural looking. Rather than stiff and stuffy looking pictures we employ what we call “simplistic posing”, which is still posing but keeps it to a minimum with a mixture of relaxed and very simply posed styles – a style that even the most photo hating groom can do!

Reason #3: Complimentary engagement shoot before the big day

We love working with excited people… and to get to know you better (and get you used to working with us) we include a complimentary engagement shoot with every package. It is absolutely perfect for getting you used to that “simplistic posing” we talked about! It’s also a great chance for a natter and to find out more about what makes you tick. We also include your choice of finished image in full high resolution for you to use as you see fit, such as on invites or “save the date” cards. Additional images can be purchased afterwards or even turned in to an exciting bespoke picture filled guestbook to share on your wedding day!

Reason #2: We love albums... and know you will too!

When is the last time you printed a photograph? If you are like us… you take lots of pictures on your phone (usually we take lots of pictures of Glyn the Dog) and never print them! A professionally printed album is not just a series of photographs… it is an heirloom. Our albums are handcrafted and printed on the very finest fine art paper and bound in your choice of luxury leather or leatherette cover with your names proudly printed on the front.

Reason #1: The ultimate photographer & dress-fixing-assistant team

The biggest compliment that we hear from our past couples and their guests is that we really made their wedding day and how great we work together. That is a good thing, because not only do we work together… but we are married too! To be part of such an event is a real honour and one we don’t take lightly. We live, breathe and love what we do. We are told this shines through in the pictures we produce. The best way to see if we’re your dream team is to come out to the studio for a chat to meet us! We make good coffee too… just saying.
