Opening hours
Important: All of our sessions are by appointment only (including passport sessions). We do not provide a walk-in service without an appointment being made in advance. If you arrive at the studio without an appointment, you will be asked to make an appointment and come back another time.

Where to park?
We have our own private car park (off the road) in front of the studio with enough space for four cars. Parking is free and if you need a hand getting in, just let us know and we can help you carry stuff in.
Access for wheelchairs, prams and for those with mobility issues
Our front door is step-free and all our client areas are located on the ground floor including the studio and bathroom. If you need a hand getting in, please just ask and we are more than happy to help. If you have any questions or additional requiements just get in touch.
If the door is locked when you arrive
Our front door is usually locked (to ensure your pets and family are safe when with us). Just press the button on the Ring Doorbell and we will let you in. If we have another client in the studio, we have a lobby area where you can wait and view samples of our work. There is also a pet boutique in our lobby, so you can browse our beautiful range of locally sourced pet gifts.
