Getting Ready for Your Graduation Session

Introduction

Hi, and thanks for booking your professional portrait session with us. We’ve prepared this video with some top tips to get you ready for your session. It lasts just a minute and we appreciate you taking the time to watch.

Getting to us

Our state of the art portrait studio is located in East Belfast. You can find us at 276 Castle-Ray Road. It’s on the junction of the Castle-Ray Road, and Grand Parade – just opposite Cornerstone Vets. We’re about ten minutes from the city centre by car, or on the number 5 Ay Metro route. If you need directions, just pop us in to Google, or give us a bell.

Parking

We’ve got free parking just in front of our building. If you need a hand carrying stuff, or help getting your gang inside, we can come out to help you. Just let us know.

Mobility access

Our studio, and all client areas are located on the ground floor, so you don’t have to worry about any steps. Our doors and corridors are wide too. Again, if you need a hand with getting in, just let us know.

The session

Your graduation session will last an hour. During that time, we will make sure you are dressed properly and happy with how you look before we begin. As we take your photographs, you’ll see them appear on our large TV. Your family are welcome to watch too, if you like, or they can sit out in our comfortable lobby. If you’ve got family who would like to be included, we can include them too! And if you’ve got a pet, they can also be in your photographs! Towards the end of the session, we’ll go through the pictures we took, so that you can choose your favourites, and place your order. We recommend everyone involved in the decision-making process attends, as you’ll need to place your order during the session. Orders are usually ready within 10 days, but we also offer a same day print service, where we can have your photos ready to take away the very same day. We also offer some other upgrades, such as a professional headshot photograph for LinkedIn, skin retouching, teeth whitening and more. Please take a look at the brochure we’ve sent you, before coming out to your session. It contains full pricing and product information. If you’re trying to match prints you already have on your wall, please measure those before coming out, or bring them with you for us to look at.

Glyn the Dog

Our resident Lhasa Apso, Glyn the Dog, comes to the studio to work every day too! You might see him on our social media! If you’d rather he isn’t around when you’re at the studio, just let us know, and we can send him upstairs, out of the way.

Cancelling or re-scheduling

We understand that sometimes things happen and you might need to change your arrangements. If you need to re-schedule, just let us know, five days before your session, and we’ll find a new time to suit you, free of charge. If there’s less than 5 days to go, we can re-schedule you to a new date, however, there will be a £25 re-booking fee. But don’t worry, we’ll get you booked in again. Some of our sessions can’t be re-scheduled, but, if that’s the case, we’ll have made you aware, at the time of booking. For more information, just give us a call. If you need to cancel your session, please let us know as soon as you can, so we’re not waiting-on-you.
