Register Your Portrait Gift Card

 
Did you receive a gift card for a portrait with us? You’ll need to register it below.

⚠️ Important: Only the recipient can register their gift card. If you purchased a gift card for someone else, ask them to register it themselves. Please DO NOT register the card on their behalf. If your gift card expiry date has already passed, unfortunately we won’t be able to accept your gift card.

You’ll need the last 5 digits of your Gift Card Number (you can find this on the reverse of your gift card if you received a physical gift card, or in your confirmation email if you received your gift card by email)

You'll find your code on the back of your physical gift card or in your gift card email - it's a 16 digit code - you'll only need to type the last 5 digits in above.
Once your gift card is registered, Hannah, our Client Happiness Manager, will give you a phone call to chat you through how it all works with us and see if you're ready to get booked in. Hannah will aim to call you today, if your chosen ringback time slot has not already passed. If it has already passed, she will aim to call you on the next working day. Please note: We do not make ringback calls on a Saturday. Alternatively, if you prefer to call the studio to book in if you have a date in mind, you can call us anytime on 02890 99 77 98 during our opening hours (Tuesday-Saturday 10am to 6pm) rather than waiting for us to call you, and we are more than happy to get you sorted.
 
In the mean time start to think about when you might be free for your portrait session. We can book you in now, or you can leave it a little while. It's all down to you. When Hannah calls, she will chat through the dates that work best for you.
