Graduation portraits aren’t something most people do every day, and for good reason. It’s a one-off milestone and deserves more than a rushed queue and a standard background.
Our graduation portrait sessions are designed to be personal, efficient, and properly looked after. Each session is photographed one-to-one in our Belfast studio, with time, direction, and a clear plan to create portraits you can feel confident in. No conveyor belt. No awkward posing. Just well-made graduation portraits that feel like you.
The aim is simple: graduation portraits that mark the achievement and stand the test of time.
Includes gown, cap, scroll, and hood for most popular Queen’s University Belfast (QUB), University of Ulster (UU), Open University (OU), and Edinburgh Napier (EN) degrees.
What’s included
Our graduation portrait sessions are designed to be straightforward, professional, and well organised. Everything needed for a graduation portrait is taken care of during the session.

Graduation portrait sessions are booked in advance, with a £35 booking fee taken at the time of booking. Finished products are selected at the end of the session on the day.
How it all works
Step 1: Book
Graduation portrait sessions can be booked online or over the phone. If you’d like to talk it through, Hannah is happy to answer questions and help you choose a suitable time before confirming your booking. A £35 booking fee is taken at the time of booking, with finished products selected at the end of your graduation session on the day. You’re welcome to bring your own gown or use one provided at the studio. We hold gowns, caps, hoods, and scrolls for the most popular Queen’s University Belfast (QUB), University of Ulster (UU), and Open University (OU) degrees, along with a limited selection from English and Scottish universities.
Step 2: Session
Your graduation portrait session takes place at our Belfast studio and is designed to be straightforward and well run. You are guided through the photography, with help on positioning and expression, and the session moves at a comfortable, unhurried pace. There are no queues, no rushing, and no pressure to know what to do in front of the camera.
Step 3: Viewing
After your graduation portrait session, you view your graduation portraits straight away on the studio’s large screen. There’s no need to return for a separate viewing appointment. You’re guided through comparing images and choosing what you’d like to order on the day. A range of graduation packages is available, similar to those offered by universities, with full details outlined clearly in the brochure.
Step 4: Create
Once your order is placed, your graduation portraits are produced and prepared for collection from the studio. Most orders are ready within around 7 to 10 days, depending on the products chosen. You’ll be notified as soon as everything is ready. A same-day service is also available, with orders ready before you leave the studio (please ask for details).
