What’s Included: Every voucher includes a pre-shoot call with Hannah, our Client Happiness Manager, the full portrait session with Graham in the studio, and a cinematic viewing of the finished images on the big screen.
Product Credit or a Ready-Made Gift: All vouchers come with £50 credit to put towards any of our wall or digital products. Some also include a specific product, like a framed desk portrait. We’ve even got a flexible Intro Experience option that includes no products—perfect for letting them decide when they see the images.
Valid for Six Months: Plenty of time to book a session that suits them.

Things we get asked (all the time!)

Do vouchers expire?

Yes, they’re valid for 6 months — but we’re flexible. If they’re close to expiry and you haven’t booked yet, just let us know and we can usually extend your voucher for a short period. Vouchers that have already expired, sadly, cannot be accepted.

It's a surprise...

Your gift voucher confirmation email will be sent immediately to the purchaser, but you can choose to send the gift voucher to the recipient at the time of purchase or on another date in the future. You will be asked when to send it when you checkout.

What's your refund policy?

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. However, if you do not require the product or service listed on the gift voucher you can use the value of the voucher towards one of our other products and services.

I don't really know what to get!

You’re not alone — it’s the most common question we get! Each voucher includes a portrait session. The recipient can use any product credit included, or top it up and choose from our full product range.

Terms & Conditions of Gift Voucher Sale

Gift cards are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift cards can be redeemed for services and products offered by the Company, including portrait sessions and products. Only one gift card can be redeemed per session or purchase. Gift cards must be presented at the time of booking. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. Gift cards are transferable and may be gifted to others unless specifically noted as non-transferable at the time of purchase. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. No replacement or compensation will be provided in these circumstances. Holders can check the balance of the gift card by contacting the Company directly. Upon expiration, any remaining balance will be forfeited. Gift cards may be extended for up to 30 days, at the discretion of the Company, if the Company has been informed prior to the expiry date. Gift cards cannot be extended under any circumstances if the expiry date has elapsed. Any quoted prices for services or products mentioned on the reverse are valid only for purchased services or products for the duration of the original validity period. Prices quoted for services or products other than those purchased on the reverse side (including those quoted in any printed or online material, such as a brochure or website) are for guidance only and are subject to change. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers unless stated otherwise. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time without prior notice.
