Things we get asked all the time

How is my voucher delivered?
Your voucher is delivered by email as soon as you have completed the purchase. If gifting, you will have an opportunity to send a copy of the voucher email to someone else during the checkout process. If you would prefer a physical gift experience box (these are perfect for wrapping!) just get in touch after you have purchased your voucher to arrange a time to collect a box from the studio. Please note: we do not post vouchers or boxes.
When do I actually book my session?
You do not need to book a date now, just purchase your voucher. Once you have purchased your voucher, you can then arrange your session for any time in the next six months. You will simply get in touch with the studio when you are ready and we will find a time that suits you.
I don't have a pet, can I use the voucher for a family portrait?
Yes, you sure can. We also take portraits without pets – so if you don’t have a pet, that’s grand! Also, if you do have a pet, people are welcome in pet portraits too! It’s entirely up to you.
Is there any pressure to spend more on the day?
No. The experience you have purchased is complete on its own. Most clients do choose to add wall art or digital images after seeing their photographs on the big screen, but there is never any expectation or pressure to do so. Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes, it can be purchased as a gift and is delivered instantly by email. Most people choose this experience for themselves, but it can also make a thoughtful gift for someone who already knows and loves our work. If you would prefer something to wrap, simply give the studio a call after purchase and arrange to collect one of our presentation boxes from the studio.
Who is this experience suitable for?
It is designed for people who see their pet as part of the family and would love to enjoy the experience themselves. It is suitable for pets only, people only, or both together. All breeds, ages and personalities are welcome. Although it can be gifted, it is especially popular with those who are treating themselves and their pet to something a little bit special.
